Meet the Leaders of the VNP Team

Horton

Gloria Horton serves as the Executive Director of Visiting Nurse Plus, Inc. Gloria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana, and joined Visiting Nurse Plus in November 1986. Following positions in Accounting, Human Resources and as the Assistant Executive Director, Gloria assumed the Executive Director role in April 2004. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Private Duty Association (of which VNP is a charter member) and is also Treasurer of the Board for the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care. Gloria’s passion for assisting the elderly motivated her to become involved with her state home care association many years ago, and she looks forward to helping shape the home care industry-- particularly the non-medical segment--on a national level.
