Visiting Nurse Plus was established in 1982 to serve individuals and families who need a little—or a lot—of help with activities of everyday living in order to remain in the environment they treasure most: their homes. With its extensive team of Companions, Personal Care Assistants/ Attendant Caregivers, Home Care Aides, and Nurses, VNP provides both private pay and government funded services to individuals of all ages in traditional housing, retirement communities, assisted living and nursing facilities. VNP services complement the services offered by the Visiting Nurse Association of Southwestern Indiana, Inc., with which VNP is affiliated.

Visiting Nurse Plus is a locally-operated, not-for-profit home health care agency licensed by the Indiana Department of Health and licensed as a nurse agency in Illinois (dba VNPlus). As a mission-driven, not-for-profit corporation, any funds left over after operating expenses are met are reinvested in the organization rather than paid out to shareholders. We enhance the communities in which we live and work by providing exceptional service to our customers and fair wages and benefits to our caregivers.
